Culver’s Share Nights are fundraising events that support local schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. During a Share Night, a percentage of sales from guests who visit the restaurant is donated directly to the hosting group. It’s our way of giving back and strengthening the communities we serve.

Culver’s Share Nights are for giving back to our local community. We at Culver’s value the hard work you put into your charities and programs and are willing to partner with you to raise money.

Members or volunteers of your organization are needed to help provide extra support during the fundraiser. With the additional promoting that will take place, we expect a higher volume of guests and will need your help to make sure that they are still given the highest level of customer service and hospitality.

Your volunteers can help with the following duties during the fundraiser:
  • Dining – Cleaning tables, chairs, get any items our guests may need
  • Runners – Running orders out to guests
  • Greeters – To welcome/thank/inform guests at the restaurant. Let guests know a percentage of their purchase goes to your organization. “We are partnering with Culver’s to raise money for (cause) for (name of org.)”

*Share Nights are Mondays-Thursday from 4-8pm. We will contact you to schedule a date on a first come, first serve basis and according to availability. Dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen business circumstances. If you have to cancel your fundraiser for any reason, we must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.

All participating organizations must provide a minimum of 4 ADULT volunteers per hour to work at Culver’s on the scheduled night. Other teens (16+ years old) may participate in addition to the 4 ADULT volunteers. Please understand if ADULT volunteers are not present & working during the Share Night,  the donation will be reduced by 5% or more depending on the amount of time adult volunteers are missing:

All participants must dress appropriately. All participants with hair longer than shoulder length will be asked to tie it back because they will be delivering food to our guests. Please put away cell phones, food and drinks while you are working
